In 2016 the galerie Pascal Cuisinier was pleased to collaborate with Cloé Pitiot and the Centre Pompidou Museum for this retrospective exhibition which took place in parallel with the Exhibition Pierre Paulin : Early years 1952-1959 at the gallery rue de Seine in Paris..

A set of rare pieces from the early production of Pierre Paulin, loaned by the gallery for the exhibition, was exhibited at the centre Pompidou Centre Pompidou during the exhibition.
Amongst them : The Sofa-Day bed 119, le water lilly bowl, the candelabra 1024 or the bar-dresser VB1.

This set of pieces complemented the chronology of the exhibition and the exhibition catalogue. Illustrating the beginning of the career of Pierre Paulin, which still not very well known by the public.
